Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every person ("User" or "you") who uses the tb333 platform ("Platform" or "Website"). tb333 is an online casino and betting platform that provides services to the Bangladesh market.

You must immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized use of your account. The user bears full responsibility for any loss arising from sharing account details with a third party.

Age Limit and Eligibility

tb333 provides services only to persons aged 21 or above. Use of the Platform by any underage person is strictly prohibited.

Age Verification: We may request proof of age documents at registration and at any stage. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until age verification is complete.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must be a resident of an area where online gaming is legally permitted.
  • You must not have any existing self-exclusion or restriction in place.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Bonuses and Promotions

tb333 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its users. These bonuses are given under specific conditions and each offer has its own rules.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • New users will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit.
  • The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (you must wager 20 times the total of the deposit plus bonus amount).
  • The welcome bonus applies only once and only on the first deposit of a new account.
  • The bonus amount must be wagered in full before withdrawal is possible.

5.2 VIP Program

tb333's VIP program has four tiers determined by the user's activity:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • tb333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
  • If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.
  • It is not possible to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements have been completed.

Gaming Rules

tb333 provides various types of online gaming services including slots, casino, sports betting and fishing games. Each game has its own rules which are described in detail within the game interface.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

  • All games are operated on the basis of fair play principles.
  • If a technical error occurs in the result of any game, tb333 reserves the right to cancel that round.
  • tb333 is not liable for any loss caused by internet connection failure.
  • Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are impartial.

6.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are set and displayed on the game page. tb333 may change the betting limit on any account at the user's request or in the interest of security.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

  • All bets must be placed before the specified event begins or within the designated time window.
  • If any event is cancelled or postponed, the amount of the bet placed will be refunded.
  • Betting is available on cricket BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and other international events.
  • Betting will be settled based on official scores and results.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tb333 platform and immediate action will be taken if such activities are detected:

  • Fraud, deception or illegal activity.
  • Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
  • Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
  • Unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Bonus abuse by creating multiple accounts.
  • Deliberately seeking out system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
  • Rude or offensive behavior toward tb333 staff.
  • Disrupting the normal operation of the Platform.
If any of the above activities are proven, the account in question will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

Account Closure and Suspension

tb333 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under any circumstances. Similarly, a user may also close their account at any time.

tb333 may close or suspend an account in the following cases:

  • Violation of the terms and conditions.
  • Providing false information.
  • Suspicion of money laundering.
  • Age limit violation.
  • Unusual activity on the account.

8.2 Account Closure by the User
